We’re delighted you’re ready to register for camp. Please follow our process step by step to be sure you are completely registered. Registration closes July 20th, 2026.

1 Complete the registration form below for yourself. Then, if you are registering anyone else (kids, spouse, etc.), complete the form again for each member of your group. Please keep track of the total camp tuition owed as you go.

2 When you are done registering your group, SCROLL DOWN PAST THE REGISTRATION FORM to select the way you would like to pay. You can send a check (always preferred!) or pay via PayPal.

A deposit of 50% of your tuition completes your registration. Full tuition is due by July 20th. Our wonderful registrar will follow up via email to remind you to complete your payment. Thank you!

Northwest Sufi Camp raises funds for the purpose of providing fee assistance to those who wouldn’t be able to come otherwise. The silent auction and bazaar sales at camp, and monthly zikrs in Portland have have kept this fund alive.

Earth Plane Work-Trade Position(s) Available

  • Do you like physical work?

  • Would you enjoy discounted camp fees?

  • Do you work well with others?

If yes, join the Earth Plane Crew! Contact Chitara, Earth Plane lead (text: 503-201-8043). Work includes loading and unloading large carpets from a truck, preparing the meeting space floor and tent, various tasks throughout the week, take down and returning supplies to storage. The position includes one-half fees paid.

Full time or part time?

We hope you’ll attend all week to experience everything camp has to offer! Part time attendees are invited for A) Sunday through Wednesday morning, or B) Tuesday evening through Friday of camp. Registration is required by July 20th for all lengths of stays at NWSC! We are unable to accommodate drop-ins.
