We encourage everyone to pace themselves! Take the liberty for self-care, time to reflect at the creek, walk the labyrinth, nap. While we encourage full participation in all that NWSC has to offer, please know that all participation is optional. That is, if you miss a session or activity — no problem! A weeklong immersion experience can be very stimulating, so we want everyone to take care of themselves. Drink as deeply as you can — stay hydrated, too! — and take time to absorb and rest.
*Zikr/Dhikr: a chanted, sung, or meditative practice of Remembrance, remembering the essential Unity.
