We encourage everyone to pace themselves! Take the liberty for self-care, time to reflect at the creek, walk the labyrinth, nap. A weeklong immersion experience can be very stimulating, so we want everyone to take care of themselves. Drink as deeply as you can — stay hydrated, too! — and take time to absorb and rest.
*Zikr/Dhikr: a chanted, sung, or meditative practice of Remembrance, remembering the essential Unity.
